missingWrote a review on 13 Decsecurity vaultsdive opportunitiesslow service
Some rooms equipped with security vaults provide peace of mind. The ambient environment enhances leisure with great opportunities for diving and snorkeling.
Out of five rooms booked, only one had a security vault. Room 204 was uncomfortably warm even at a 17-degree setting, and service issues popped up, like slow dining and miscommunication on menu availability. Food orders came late, often leading to long waits. one dinner took nearly two hours to serve. Activities were poorly organized, especially the island hopping tour that required unexpected additional fees and offered no water onboard. Cleaning service wasn't timely, affecting the overall enjoyment.
